Renewal fees alone are $125 for Kansas salespersons, $175.00 for Kansas brokers, $40 for Missouri salespersons, and $50 for Missouri brokers. Missouri eliminated the out-of-state fees for Kansas residents renewing their Missouri licenses. Additional costs include the course costs, which are $35 per course.
