Missouri Core (Fair Housing)

Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of federal and Missouri Fair Housing laws, including protected classes, prohibited discriminatory practices, and the implications of the Fair Housing Act on real estate transactions. Students will also be able to recognize and address potential fair housing violations, implement inclusive practices, and promote equitable treatment in all aspects of real estate, ensuring compliance with both legal and ethical standards.
