This course provides 30 hours of in-depth instruction on foundational real estate concepts, market principles, and industry practices, preparing you to excel on the Kansas Real Estate Salesperson Exam.
The Kansas Salesperson Principles of Real Estate Course is required before taking the real estate exam. The student will learn background information (i.e. issues of ownership, financing, agency, law etc) needed for the understanding of real estate, but it is specific to the exam. We teach only what is on the exam.
